What Does
It Cost?
Playing a turn-based strategy game like Supervillain costs
money because a professional company (in this case Madhouse)
has made the game, is running the game for you and acting
as impartial moderator. While there is a cost to play games
like this, you do know that you will get a fair game, well-run,
with quality real-player opposition.
Currencies
We accept US Dollars or UK Pounds Stirling via
PAYPAL, Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Money Order.
Costs to Set Up
It costs £5.00 or $10.00 to set up in the game
Which includes the first two turns free.
(You pay this when you send your signup.)
Costs to Play
Thereafter, the current cost to play Supervillain is £1.50
(UK Stirling)
or $3.00 (US Dollars) per turn.
Paying for the Whole Game In Advance
However the most economic way to play is to pay for the whole
game in advance,
which costs only £15.00, or $30.00.
When you pay for the whole game like this there is no
£5.00 'Cost To Set Up'. You just pay the whole game
fee
and thats it. No more costs or fees until your game ends.
By paying this way you will almost certainly save money,
since most games last for 20 or more turns, some LOTS more.
However, you do run the risk that if you get you butt whipped
badly
by the opposition and are killed early you will have lost
whatever amount remained.
Still, paying for the whole game is the recommended and most
common way to play.
