What Does It Cost?

Buying A Rulebook
It costs nothing to download the FREE PDF rulebook from this website. If you would like to buy a hard-copy of the rulebook it costs £5.00.

Start-Up & First Two Turns
Starting up in a new game costs £3.00, which covers your first two turns but does not include the purchase of a rulebook (you can download it for free or buy a hard copy if you choose). If you wish to pay for the whole game in advance, this is the time to do it. In this case, there is no £3.00 Start-Up cost since that's covered in your payment for the full game.

3-Day Games
These Super-Fast Games can ONLY be played by email and cost £1.50 per turn, or £15.00 for the whole game in advance.

7-Day Standard Games
These normal games can ONLY be played by email and cost £1.50 per turn, or £15.00 for the whole game in advance.

14-Day Slow Games
These slower-paced games can be played by email for £1.50 per turn, or £15.00 for the whole game in advance.
They can also be played by postal (snail) mail for £2.50 per turn, or £25.00 for the whole game in advance.
Postal (snail-mail) play is only available to players in the U.K.

Notes about Paying In Advance:-
You can only pay for the whole game in advance when you sign up for the game. After the first turn is run this option is no longer available. If you choose to pay for the whole game in advance the amount you pay is non-refundable. For instance, If you are killed on turn 4 (unlikely, but who knows what could happen?) the money cannot be refunded, carried forward to another game, or in any other way compensated. Paying for the game in advance can save you a lot of money if the game runs for 20+ turns or so, but you take your chances accordingly that you may lose a little if you do very badly.

Credit In Accounts
We cannot and WILL NOT send you game turns if your account is not in the Black. Please do not email us notes saying "I will pay next turn" or "cash coming soon". Your orders will not be actioned and your turns will not be sent to you until, and unless, your account is positive. Thank you for your understanding.
