By filling in this form you are sending a request for accomodation and other events at the Summercon 2008. This booking will be confirmed, or if there is a problem you'll be contacted within 7 days to discuss what is available. Rooms are filled mostly on a first-come first-served basis, but with some preference for the rooms actually in the House given to those staying for more nights.
Payment does not need to be made until you arrive at the Minicon, but all bookings are final and, once-booked, your place cannot be cancelled. You will be expected to pay the full booking price (including meal events) even if, for whatever reason, you do not attend. Please be sure you understand this before making your booking.
