The BUILD FERTILE Order
Phase: Development Phase

Green Lizards possess the ability to make plains, swamp or scrub hexes fertile. In order to plant a fertile hex 10 or more green lizards must be in the hex at the beginning of the turn. Using the BUILD FERTILE order they are instructed to plant the hex, which is accomplished over the rest of the turn provided the lizards are not disturbed.

Build Fertile <HEX>

*where HEX is the code for the location which you wish to turn into a Fertile Hex.
