The Destiny Beta Playtest begins on
Sunday 24th August 2008.
Costs and Information
The Beta Playtest for Destiny 2 has a reduced price to play since it is a
playtest and bugs are expected. Players are expected to report bugs
in a timely fashion and to offer input and creative criticism on the
public boards for the game as part of the commitment to the playtest.
A FREEPLAY Playtest position can have only one character, but is
completely free to play. Please see the rules for limitations in Freeplay positions.
A Commercial Playtest position costs £20.00 which covers the first
twenty turns of the game for all four characters. This price is an "early bird" signup
rate. Signups received after 10th August will be charged at the normal rate
of £30.00 for the first twenty turns.
Additional characters beyond the first four are charged at 50p per character per turn.
This game is only available for Email play.
